Your project. Your information. Our responsibility.

Trust & Security

We protect the project information, business records and intellectual property you entrust to us through defined access, confidentiality and delivery practices.

Confidentiality throughout the engagement

Project teams work under agreed confidentiality obligations. Customer information and intellectual property are handled for the agreed project purpose.

Access for authorized people

Project access follows assigned roles and responsibilities. Access controls and authentication requirements are defined for the project environment, with permissions reviewed when assignments change or end.

Controlled storage and sharing

We agree where project information is stored, which tools may process it and how it can be shared. Encryption, access records and download restrictions are defined for the environment and engagement.

Traceable changes and review

Project records, file revisions and review feedback support accountability. The team agrees which records are retained and how changes are reviewed.

People, oversight and incident handling

Internal training reinforces confidentiality and secure information handling. Project responsibilities include escalation contacts, investigation, customer communication and corrective actions when needed.

Handover and information lifecycle

We agree the handover, retention and access-removal requirements with your team. Information handling remains part of delivery through project completion.

Standards that support customer trust
